Yesterday evening Jamie (Aussie) & Jon and i set off to get to the Mexican border. 
We arrived after dark and were told to stop talking as doge vill had arrived. 
We stayed over a bus station in a hotel with rat & bat droppings...Grabbed few beers and walk was not the safest but we managed to dodge the low riders in their cars, seriously risky but hillarious.
Also met this mexican guys which we mistakingly thought was robbing us but turned out to be driving to get his fiance in Hondorus and will then smuggle hiself and herself over mexican mountains to USA. 
He was really nice and drived us to Panajachel en el Lago Atitlán. We had to go across the CA 1 through mountains og Guatemala, fairly twisty but views of volcanoes are pretty cool.

We then got a boat across the lake to San Diego, amazing vews and certainly worth a look.
Hey dude, wow.. you really are getting into it. everytime I log on here I wish I was there, cant fucking wait to get out of here... not sure about the rat and bat droppings but hey you lived! Ive done worse. so are you lovin it. ealron
