Monteverde & more in Costa Rica

It’s a longer trip than expected to get up to the two cloud forests of Monteverde in Costa Rica. The town itself has a ski resort feel to it but the scenery is to die for, we got a splash of rain which was refreshing and the photos attached don’t do the place justice. My patience is improving as i waited for a bus for nearly 2 hours. Later I had dinner with a nice couple from South Africa who worked and traveled around the world for nearly three years. The next day myself and fellow hostler went up to Monteverde Extremo Canopy. It has some of the most beautiful views in the area and has a class adventure feel to it. There was 15 zip line cables, one of which is 1km long, like that’s crazy..., and we got a Rappel in and a Tarzan Swing in, it was such an adrenaline buzz. I hung around for the day and then in the afternoon I made my way to the city of San Jose.
Today I arrive in Puerto Viejo which is on the Caribbean coast side of Costa Rica.
As a heads up, Costa Rica is not cheap like most of Central America, its $2 for a litre of water.
