I arrived in freezing cold Salar de Uyuni at 5 am in the morning, accomodation was scarce so it was time to organise a 3 day tour and get some hot food to heat up.
First on the list was the train graveyard, then back to town... and after lots of time wasting and confusion with regard passengers changing jeeps we set off on our merry way. 
Scultpure below is made out of salt.

First night accomodation in our very own salt made hotel. The lack of heaters always makes it difficult when its freezing but the second night was far far far worse.

The little pond is actuall a thermal hot spring and the photo below you can see my hair froze over in less than a minue of exiting / (re-entering the freezing cold).
